Beef wellington is an incredibly difficult dish. The dish is from England and is a fillet steak coated with pâté (a paste usually made of meat) and duxelles (a mixture of finely chopped mushrooms, onions, and herbs) and wrapped in a puff pastry.

Bowl 1: ~ 115g  melted  unsalted butter ~ 30g coco powder ~ 100g brown sugar ~ 100g caster sugar ~ 1/2 tsp vanilla extract ~ 1 tsp espresso ~ 2 eggs Bowl 2: > 100g all purpose flour > 20g bread flour > 1/2 tsp baking powder > pinch of salt Don't forget your chocolate !! Felix Lee's Chocolate Chip Cookies 이펠릭스 초콜릿 칩 쿠키 This is a recipe inspired by Kpop idol, Felix Lee from  Stray Kids 's famous cookie recipe. During his vlog, he shows us his secret recipe for his chocolate chip cookies, but doesn't give out all the measurements. I tried to get the exact measurements but some ingredients he just eyeballs. I will add a link to the original video where he makes the cookies. These cookies are a super nice snack. INGREDIENTS: (makes around 15 cookies) 1 cup bread flour  2/3 cup all purpose flour 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 1/2 cup butter (melted) 1 cup dark brown sugar 1/3 cup sugar 1 tsp instant coffee powder 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 egg yolk  1 whole egg 3/4 to 1 cup of chocolate chips  DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 350F.
